Digital receipts
Print on your own thermal printer, send via WhatsApp or download as PDF.
No new equipment needed: the receipt already comes formatted for the 58mm or 80mm thermal printer you already have at the counter (or for A4, if you'd rather print on a regular printer) — just pick the width in Settings. Each receipt gets its own sequential number for your business (REC-2026-000001, and so on), never reused.
Besides printing, the guest or customer can get the receipt link straight on WhatsApp (with the text and phone number already filled in, when on file), download it as a PDF, or you can simply copy the link. All of this is just a way to show a sale that already happened — the receipt never creates revenue or touches stock on its own, it's only proof of what's already been recorded.

How it works, step by step

Set up printing
In Settings → Receipt printing, pick the width (58mm, 80mm or A4).

Close the sale as usual
Mini Shop, Cafeteria, Restaurant, a tab or a reservation — the receipt is generated on its own once it closes.

Choose how to deliver it
Print it right away, send the link via WhatsApp, download as PDF, or copy the link.

Reprint whenever you need
The receipt stays saved under Financial → Receipts, with the same values it had when issued.
